Welcome to Watix – WhatsApp for Shopify App (“the App”) provided by Watix (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your Shopify store to these Terms.
The App provides WhatsApp-based messaging services (“the Service”) for Shopify merchants, including but not limited to:
We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify and WhatsApp Business accounts. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
When using the App, you agree to:
Some features of the App may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription or usage of paid features. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology provided by the App remain the property of Watix or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your store.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as-is.” Watix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions, arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Watix, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also uninstall the App at any time. Sections on Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Watix operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Users from other regions agree to comply with their local regulations in addition to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
